Rebecca is an award-winning writer & artist who has become a prominent voice in the calling out of inequality and abuse of power, sharing her experiences of injustice in institutions on Channel 4 News and the BBC. Rebecca is currently developing a variety of projects across film, television and theatre including a series with Sky and an adaptation of her autobiographical play which was supported by Arts Council England, published by Oberon books, and shortlisted for a Liberty Human Rights Arts Award and four categories of the Broadway World Awards.

Rebecca is alumni of the Royal Court Writers Group and the Soho Theatre Writers Lab. She was one of the three commissioned playwrights on the 2017 Old Vic 12. She has featured and written for The Telegraph, The Huffington Post, and The Guardian. Her interview on Channel 4 News received over 5 million views in one week. Her mission continues.

Sophie is a director & writer whose focus is on telling darkly comedic and visually motivated tales that pack a punch. Her narrative work has been screened at BAFTA, BIFA & Oscar qualifying festivals globally, profiled on Variety, BSC Magazine and Directors’ Notes and has been praised by the likes of Time Out, The Guardian and The Times. She has directed scripted television for Channel 4 and ITV, winning Best Newform Series at the C21 International Drama Awards. Her Super8 Straight8 film made with Merman won the Audience Award at Cannes Lions 2022 and she was the 2023 Edinburgh TV Fest New Voices scripted director winner. She is now part of the 2025 DirectorsUK Inspire cohort.

In the branded space, Sophie has directed and creatively led films for Netflix, Dove, Expedia, Ted Baker, Warner Music, Expedia, Mulberry and Lancôme amongst others.
